Careers at Mast-Jaegermeister UK Ltd
We are a small but ambitious operation within the UK, and we enjoy being part of the wider Mast-Jaegermeister family, as a subsidiary of Mast-Jaegermeister SE in Germany.
Vacancies will be advertised on this site and also on other media from time to time. We also welcome speculative applications from individuals (not from agencies – please see note below). We regularly review our records of individuals’ previous applications when new vacancies arise.
Everything we do is a step towards our company Vision, and how we do it demonstrates our company Values. Everyone in the business is targeted on clear objectives which are reviewed regularly against both the ‘what’ and the ‘how’.
We want our employees to feel engaged with what we are doing here at MJUK. We aim to communicate with and engage every employee as often as possible on everything going on in the business, whether it is performance against our targets, training and development activity, future plans and challenges, charitable or fun activities, and brand and product awareness.
As a responsible employer we also take very seriously the wellbeing and work/life balance of our employees, which is demonstrated by our commitment to Investors in People, Portman Group and Drinkaware, our comprehensive benefits package, and wellbeing initiatives.

We are unable to employ anyone who doesn’t have the right to work in the UK. We are also unable to apply for work permits for individual jobs until all UK and European Economic Area employment sources have been exhausted. If you need any more information on this, please visit the UK government site.
In exceptional circumstances, if we are unable to recruit within the UK/EEA, we will consider applying for work permits for highly specialised roles or hard-to-find skills when all other options are exhausted.
Recruitment agencies who are registered on our ‘Preferred Suppliers List’ and have agreed T&Cs with MJUK will be the only agencies we use. MJUK does not accept non-PSL agency CVs.
Please do not forward speculative CVs to MJUK or any MJUK employee without prior authorisation from HR. MJUK will not pay any fees related to candidates that have been introduced by non-PSL suppliers and MJUK does not accept agency terms and conditions.
