  • Jägermeister herbal liqueur launches to the market and quickly becomes a popular spirit. The company’s product portfolio expands to more than 20 different spirits and fine wines, but this gradually reduces and only a wild fruit liqueur called Schlehenfeuer and Jägermeister remain.

  • Wilhelm Mast opens a vinegar production plant. His second mainstay is his passion; fine wines.

  • The company’s founder Wilhelm Mast comes to Wolfenbüttel, a tranquil little town in a period marked by upheaval and change.
